- OpenAI: Photos you submit are sent to OpenAI's API for AI-powered fashion analysis. OpenAI's data processing is governed by their own privacy policy and data processing terms.
- Apple: In-app purchase transactions are processed by Apple. Apple's handling of payment information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
- Google (SerpAPI): Product recommendations may use Google's image search service. Search queries do not contain personal information.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
- Photos: Photos submitted for analysis are sent to OpenAI's API and are not permanently stored on our servers. OpenAI may retain data according to their retention policies (typically 30 days as of the date of this policy).
- Transaction Records: In-app purchase records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
- Technical Data: Device and error logs are retained for up to 90 days for technical support purposes.

10. DATA SPECIFIC TO STYLE 1
Photos and Fashion Analysis
When you use Style 1 to analyze your outfit:
- You take or select a photo using the app.
- The photo is sent securely via HTTPS to OpenAI's API.
- OpenAI's AI analyzes the photo and provides fashion recommendations.
- The analysis (text and voice) is returned to your device.
- The photo is NOT permanently stored on our servers.
- OpenAI may retain data according to their data retention policies.
AI-Generated Content
Fashion advice provided by Style 1 is generated by artificial intelligence and should be considered for entertainment and guidance purposes. Recommendations are based on visual analysis and general fashion principles.
Credits and In-App Purchases
- Credit purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
- We track credit balances locally on your device.
- Transaction receipts are validated through Apple's servers.
- We do not store your payment information.
Language Settings
Style 1 supports English and Turkish. Your language preference is stored locally on your device and does not require transmission of personal data.
